About Me

I like to play outside. I love connecting with people. I am a Licensed Mental Health Care Associate, specializing in nature-based and body-oriented healing and personal development. I grew up in the Pacific Northwest, and have a deep sense of home here.

I bring my love of this land into my work with clients, because I believe that when we feel a belonging in our environment, we find a more rooted home in ourselves.
